CSA’s Redundant Systems Security program, coupled with our Chain-of-Custody program, ensures that your information remains secure and is tracked at all times through:

• Deployment: Trucks are deployed to locations based on a customized schedule that meets the needs of location.
• Pickup: Materials (in the secure, locked containers) are picked up by trained, insured, and bonded drivers who transport the material in a locked truck to our secure shredding facility.
• Weighing and Staging: Materials are commingled in preparation for shredding (a security feature to ensure that final baled material is destroyed, disposed of, and cannot be reconstructed) and contaminants, such as metal, are removed.
• Destruction: Material is shred to 5/16” strips and then baled into 1,500-pound bales. In case of non-paper media, material is destroyed and disposed of using the appropriate means for that media.
• Final Disposal: Baled material is released to a recycling company for final pulverizing and recycling. Only companies that have signed confidentiality agreements and agree to process in the USA can receive baled materials.
• GPS Vehicle Tracking: Available in all trucks that transport material. Constant tracking from deployment, pickup, and delivery.
• Truck Security Programs: Comprehensive training for drivers. Uniformed drivers with identification tags. All drivers background checked and drug tested.
• Digital Video Recording Equipment: 24/7 video monitoring of our facility. All movements in our facility are recorded.
